I know I haven't posted in a long time, and honestly I don't plan on going back to blog whats happened over the last few weeks. It hasn't been interesting, its been stressful, heart breaking, and life goes on - even when the people around us are sick on their death beds asking why god is letting them have cancer (Cause it has nothing to do with the packs of cigarettes or obesity or just plain not taking care of yourself - its got to be god. he is the supreme micromanager.) I've had my bad days, I've had some really really shitty days, but most days are just blah with a few really good days mixed in.
Mostly, I've been trying not to go insane (you no the not fun insane) and find a new job. Not insane and still no job so nothing new to really report.
Bold: Done it. Plain: Not done it. Italics: Wanna do it.

Alot of people don't know this - but my favorite time of the day is twilight. That kinda grey time while the sun is setting or has already set and the light just clings to what it can. To me this is almost always one of the few times where I am feeling peaceful. At this point I've done the days work and am taking a deep breath before catching my second wind as it becomes night and the party begins. Its sometimes most evident at events - during twilight I am the quietest and withdrawn.
Today is one of the last few days that I get to watch twilight roll in over the city from the window in my office. We are on the 15th floor and there aren't any other buildings to obstruct our view for miles. Day Light Savings Time has given me the chance to wind down in twilight, and travel home in twilight and I'm really enjoying that. It's helping me settle all the emotional crud I'm dealing with right now so that when I go home I can just enjoy being at home.
